Scent Sampler Campaign: Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This campaign is exclusively available to residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older. Applying to be a scent sampler does not guarantee participation, as demand may exceed availability. If selected to be a scent sampler, you will be contacted via the email you provided to gather your shipping information. By providing your email, you consent to Filz Candle Co. contacting you via email in relation to the Scent Sampler campaign. Please note that if within 3 days of contacting you, we do not receive a response with your correct information, we will move to another applicant.

Feedback Requirement: By receiving a bundle, you agree to provide valuable feedback through the survey link we provide. Your insights are essential in shaping our future candle offerings.

No Returns or Refunds: As these scent samples are provided free of charge, we cannot accommodate returns or issue refunds. Each sample is offered "as is" and does not hold a cash value. We rely on your feedback to continually enhance our products.

Shipping and General Liability: Filz Candle Co. will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or delays that may occur during shipping or in the general handling of our products.

Limited Availability: This campaign is subject to availability, with a limited number of scent sampler packages. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the campaign at our discretion to ensure the best possible experience for our participants.

Limitation of Liability: By participating in our Scent Sampler Campaign, you agree that Filz Candle Co. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the candle samples. We disclaim liability for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from the use of our candle samples. Participants are encouraged to consult a medical professional before using our products if they have known allergies, sensitivities, or any related concerns.

Safety First: If selected, please prioritize safety when using our candle samples. Adhere to local laws, regulations, and the candle safety label on our packaging. To ensure the safety of your loved ones, keep candles out of the reach of children and pets. While we strive to include pet-friendly scents, their presence in these sample packs is not guaranteed, as we refine our offerings.
