The winner will receive a prize consisting of 1 jar and 12 Refilz of their choice.
Entries between August 29th 11:00 a.m. EST and September 26th at 11:59 p.m. will be counted.
Canadian residents who are 18+ years of age are eligible (excluding Quebec).
The winner will receive the prize once pre-sale orders begin to ship, which is approx. November 2023 (subject to change). The Refilz will be shipped in two packages, each containing 6 Refilz in a 6-month interval.
The winner will be announced on our social media platforms within seven (7) days of the winner selection. The selected winner will be notified through a direct message on the platform they entered the giveaway. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the initial notification, a new winner may be randomly selected.
This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
The company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner. Proof of Canadian residency and age may be required. Filz Candle Co. reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the giveaway rules or that is fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful. Filz Candle Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway for any reason without prior notice.
